The perfect breakfast recipe for when you love desserts but it's eight in the morning, and you are above the age of ten. Make this blueberry cheesecake overnight protein oatmeal (by Viv, check out her Instagram) the night before to save time in the morning and get straight to eating right after a hard workout (or just after getting up from bed).
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 scoop CorePerform Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
- Dairy-free cream cheese
- Gluten-free crushed graham crackers
- Blueberries
- Blueberry jam
Instructions
Mix together oatmeal ingredients and store them in a container overnight. Next morning, top with any of the toppings listed above!
