These Chocolate Peppermint Protein Balls are creamy, crunchy, chocolatey, and have just the right amount of holiday cheer — without the gut drama.


Made with CorePerform protein, they pack in extra nutrition, are free from dairy and gums, and are ready in under 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cocoa powder, and protein powder until a thick dough forms.
  2. Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Dip each ball in chocolate, place back on the tray, and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!
