INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened sunflower butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shaved coconut
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 6 scoops of CorePerform Rice Crispy Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat coconut oil, coconut milk, sunflower butter, vanilla extract, and honey in a saucepan on low heat until melted
- Add in CorePerform Protein Powder and stir until combined
- Add in shaved coconut and slivered almonds
- Push into a parchment lined rectangular dish
- Chill in fridge for 30 minutes
- Add melted chocolate and sea salt to tops
