We have been loving this recipe by Hannah Burness! This Peanut Butter Banana Protein Ice Cream is creamy, nostalgic, and packed with protein — perfect for a high-protein treat or late-night snack that actually satisfies.
Think: peanut butter milkshake meets banana bread... with crunchy Nutter Butters in every bite!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 to 1 scoop CorePerform Maple Banana Bread Protein
- 1 cup extra creamy oat milk
- 20g banana, mashed
- 2 tbsp (13g) peanut butter powder
- Nutter Butters (for mix-ins)
DIRECTIONS:
- Add oat milk, banana, peanut butter powder, and protein powder to your Ninja Creami pint and mix well.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours.
- Let it sit on the counter for ~10 minutes before spinning (helps with texture).
- Spin it using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
- Scrape down the sides, add a splash of oat milk, and re-spin as needed (usually 1–2 times).
- Add Nutter Butters and run the Mix-In cycle.
