Protein Banana Pancakes

Add these into your morning routine to start your day off right! 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1/3 cup choice of milk
  • 1/3 cup oat or almond flour 
  • 1 scoop CorePerform Protein 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 egg 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side and enjoy!
