INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup choice of milk
- 1/3 cup oat or almond flour
- 1 scoop CorePerform Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
