- 4 oz ground turkey, chicken, or beef
- ½ cup cooked rice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp egg whites
- Mash the ground meat.
- Add in rice, salt and pepper, and egg whites.
- Mash the mixture together and roll into balls.
- Air fry at 400 for 12 minutes or bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
