Turkey Rice Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 oz ground turkey, chicken, or beef
  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp egg whites

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mash the ground meat.
  2. Add in rice, salt and pepper, and egg whites.
  3. Mash the mixture together and roll into balls.
  4. Air fry at 400 for 12 minutes or bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
