- 2 cups oats
- 3 scoops (120g) CorePerform Rice Crispy Protein
- 5 tbsp nut or seed butter
- 2 tbsp flaxmeal (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp stevia or sweetener
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk or water
- 1/4 cup Dark chocolate (optional)
- Blend oats
- Whisk oat flour, salt, protein powder, flax, & sweetener
- Stir in peanut butter and water/milk. Add more as needed.
- Press into 8x8 pan and refrigerate.
- Meanwhile, melt down chocolate and pour on top of bars.
