Low Fodmap Peanut Butter Protein Bars

  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 scoops (120g) CorePerform Rice Crispy Protein
  • 5 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 2 tbsp flaxmeal (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp stevia or sweetener
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk or water
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate (optional)



  1. Blend oats
  2. Whisk oat flour, salt, protein powder, flax, & sweetener
  3. Stir in peanut butter and water/milk. Add more as needed.
  4. Press into 8x8 pan and refrigerate.
  5. Meanwhile, melt down chocolate and pour on top of bars.
