INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup pancake mix
- 1-2 scoops CorePerform protein powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2-3 tbsp almond milk
DIRECTIONS:
- In a microwavable bowl, add in the egg, pumpkin, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, and mix until combined
- Add in flour and CorePerform protein powder
- Microwave for one minute, then another minute
- Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy
