Turmeric Maple Protein Pancake Bowl

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 cup pancake mix 
  • 1-2 scoops CorePerform protein powder
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric 
  • dash of cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder 
  • 2-3 tbsp almond milk 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. In a microwavable bowl, add in the egg, pumpkin, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, and mix until combined 
  2. Add in flour and CorePerform protein powder
  3. Microwave for one minute, then another minute
  4. Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy
